If you are looking for something to do while staying with us this Autumn, why not venture into Edinburgh? The streets are quiet, the trees turn to beautiful autumnal colours making it the perfect time to spend Autumn in Edinburgh.  

There are lots of walks in Edinburgh for you to enjoy, you can even bring your dog along as Edinburgh is known as one of the best dog friendly cities in the UK. Wrap up warm and head into Edinburgh for a walk around Princes Street Gardens or along one of Britain’s best-known streets, Edinburgh’s Royal Mile. For something more spooky, why not book a ghost tour through the town and experience one of Britain’s most haunted cities. If you don’t fancy going into Edinburgh, there are lots of things you can do outside of the city, close to Drummohr. If you are looking for something to do with the kids, Dalkeith Country Park, located only a 14 minutes drive from Drummohr, is a great day out for all the family.
